Amber is from Santa Cruz, California, and came to Costa Rica looking for balance in her life. She immediately fell in love with the wildlife, the people, and the ‘Pura Vida’ lifestyle. Amber is now the owner of Epic Self, a company that hosts yoga teacher training as well as retreats in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica. Her Instagram is all positive vibes and self love, as well as announcements about specials.

It is transforming step by step to achieve a comprehensive balance (body, soul, and mind), fully enjoying the present, the now. Esteban is the owner of Krama Yoga Center, based in Escazu, Costa Rica. He teaches Vinyasa diversified, incorporating his 17 years of practicing yoga and 13 years of teaching. His Instagram is the definition of ‘strike a pose,’ since there is a ‘Krama Yoga Challenge’ going on right now.

Ashleigh is the co-founder of The Avahana School of Yoga, the Yoga and movement director for the Envision Festival in Costa Rica, spent five years as the Global Yoga Trainer for Adidas, was honored to be the youngest Certified Anusara Yoga Instructor in the world, and is registered with Yoga Alliance at the E-RYT 500 level. If this isn’t enough to get you to follow her, I don’t know what is! Her Instagram promotes practicing patience and the magic of yoga.
