Tomorrow, Saturday, June 23rd, at 9 am, will be the inauguration of the 4th Annual Seed Festival of Costa Rica. The event, organized by “Vida Auténtica” (Genuine Life), will be held in Timastes with the purpose of incentivizing the recollection, conservation, and trade of seeds within all the Costa Rican community.
The organizers of the event have made the information available through social media to those who want to participate. Indicating to bring their seeds previously marked with its name and instructions on how to plant it and what other traditional uses does it have. Attendance is totally free of charge.
During the event, you will be able to enjoy, the participation of special guests, exchanges, live music, special activities for children, the sale of farm products, entrepreneurship offerings, and food stands.
“If you collected seeds during the event in 2017, please bring something new to share this year. This way we can guarantee high-quality local seeds for all the community. In Vida Auténtica we are pleased to share our vision and passion with the community”, said the organizers.
