Yoga Class Offering in San José for International Yoga Day

Mandala Yoga Studio

Mandala Yoga Studio is located in Sabanilla, right outside of San José and will be offering free classes at 12 pm, yin yoga, and 6 pm for absolute beginners. The studio was established by Anett Saupe who moved to Costa in 2010 from Eastern Germany where she became a teacher specializing Iyengar based alignment. 

Krama Yoga

Krama Yoga will be offering several classes, see their schedule on the website for more information on times and where the studio is located. Make sure to mention The Costa Rica News to get your free class. The studio is owned by Esteban Salazar an internationally known and highly qualified teacher who specializes in Vinyasa classes.
