In a publication made last week, Travel + Leisure the renowned tourism magazine highlighted the sites that are not only paradisiacal, but also have easy transportation from the United States. In the case of Costa Rica, it highlighted the Papagayo Peninsula.
This is what the publication said about this point in Guanacaste, which makes a special mention of one of the hotels in the area:
“Nestled on the northern Pacific coast of Costa Rica, the Papagayo Peninsula is a hub for ecotourism that is also home to stunning beaches and the luxurious accommodations”.
“All of this allows friends to customize their itineraries to include a little bit of everything: bird watching, horseback riding, spa sessions, mixology classes, golf, paddle boarding on the bay, and sunbathing poolside.” indicated Travel + Leisure.
The other nine ideal destinations for women are:
Bermuda
Maui (Hawaii)
Comporta (Portugal)
Manhattan Beach (California)
Ko Phi Phi Lee (Thailand)
Grand Cayman
Bocas del Toro (Panama)
St. Augustine (Florida)
Paradise Island (Bahamas)
Costa Rica, ideal for romantic trips
A few days ago, this medium announced that Costa Rica was selected among the 50 most romantic destinations in the world by Travel + Leisure. The publication made its annual selection in this category for the month of love and friendship. In fact, Travel + Leisure stressed that these 50 destinations (not countries, since there are several places from a single nation on the list) are ideal for couples.
About Costa Rica, this says Travel + Leisure:
“The incredible forests of this nation will give you a lot to explore as a couple. They can sign up for a group tour or hike on their own, and then relax in the heart of the Costa Rican rainforest.”
