Two policemen are in serious condition after being shot and wounded this morning during a street blockade in Limon.
According to Marin Germain, director of the Transit Police, incidents of violence were reported in the area of Recope in Moin.
Israel Oconitrillo, JAPDEVA press spokesman, said two officers of the security forces were brought to the Tony Facio Hospital with gunshot wounds. However, the extent of their injuries requires their transfer to San José, a task that would be delayed due to the collapse that at this time still is blocking Route 32. According to Marin, he is in coordination with traffic engineering to open at least one lane to permit the passage of ambulances.
As for the blockade in Limon, police were dispersing the demonstrators and removing obstacles placed by them in the track.
In rest of the country, according to Marin, the circulation is normal, despite the announced protest by carriers.
