We are energy in constant movement, able to transform with the capacity to positively contribute to the wholeness where we belong, and everything starts from within.
Yoga is a discipline to discover, transcend, and heal, every day from the inside to the outside. There is no moment, age, situation or the perfect reason to start the journey to the self, because the moment is now.
