A delegation of Israeli businessmen representing 16 companies from various sectors arrive in the country next week in seeking new business opportunities with their Costa Rican peers.
Mario Burstein, director of the Israel-Latin America Chamber of Commerce, said cosmetic entrepreneurs will participate, as well as manufacturers of beauty products from the minerals from the Dead Sea.
In addition, companies that specialize in telecommunications, national security, alternative energies, water treatment, valves and pipes, agriculture and rural development will also be represented.
The meeting is sponsored by the Chamber, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel and that country’s embassy in Costa Rica.
The tour of Middle Eastern businessmen to the region also includes Panama and El Salvador. In Costa Rica they will be present on the 3rd and 4th of March.
As part of the activities, Burstein will give a lecture on doing business with Israel. This presentation will be held on Thursday at the Hotel San José Palacio. It’s free and is aimed at CEOs and marketing, supply catalogs and business managers in general.
After the seminar, attendees will meet with representatives of various Israeli companies discussing their products, services and potential business opportunities.
