Looking to buy or build? Well, this Friday, July 29 through Sunday, July 31 Expo Vivienda 2016 will exhibit offers and credit opportunities for housing projects with lots ready for both horizontal and vertical construction of houses and condominiums.
Most of the projects are located in areas like Curridabat, Heredia, Escazu, and Santa Ana, and there are new projects in the area of San Jose, with excellent offers for the upper and middle class.
This event is organized by the Property Hunters Media Group and will involve some of the most prestigious real estate companies, such as: Kirebe, Fomento Urbano, M&J, Eurohogar, Brenes & Salas, Vivicon, Novogar, and Altamira.
“Expo Vivienda 2016 is an event designed under standard VIP, where conditions allow for a real connection between the buyer and seller in the real estate sector. The environment allows for not only the approaching of the seller to the consumer, but also for the seller to devote time to the consumer, in order to give him full information,” said Mario Pacheco, the organizer of the event.
In regards to financial planning, companies have agreements with banking and financial institutions that will help with the paperwork.
“Visitors can sit comfortably with their family, receive information in both printed and visual forms on behalf of the real estate executive, and not in a hasty manner. For the younger members of the family, we will have activities for them to enjoy while their parents receive the information,” added Pacheco.
For people wishing to buy a house or condominium at the event, the developer will provide the necessary information required by the financial body. Also, if it is presented to the Property Hunters stand, the executives will take down the information and send it to various state and private banks for a comparison.
Expo Vivienda 2016 will take place this Friday through Sunday at Lincoln Plaza, starting at 10:00 am. The event is completely free and open to the general public.
