Costa Rica’s Jose Mendez Callaway Plays in American Golf Invitational

    The Costa Rica News (TCRN) – The Costa Rican golfer, Jose Mendez, is currently in Sonoma, California to participate in the Alister MacKenzie Invitational along with the University of Minnesota golf team at the University of Minnesota.

    Today they played the first two rounds of the Alister MacKenzie Invitational which included 18 universities in the United States.

    Mendez placed 35th place in the tournament with +1 after playing two rounds. The University of Minnesota is fifth in the tournament, second only to California, Oregon, Arizona State, and Brigham Young.

    Tomorrow he will play the final round.  Jose Mendez will be on the golf course at 8:09 am local time.
