TCRN] – Paul Watson, founder of Sea Shepherd Conservation Society, originally arrested at Frankfurt airport involving Costa Rican shark fin poachers in Guatemalan waters, is hoping Germany, which has no extradition treaty with Costa Rica, will refuse the extradition request by the Costa Rica Foreign Ministry.
If Germany decides not to proceed with the extradition of Watson, Foreign Ministry says he does not perform any procedure to insist, as they do not belong.
Watson says he is concerned about getting a fair trial in Costa Rica.
In the mean time Watson’s support has been growing, recently Actress Pamela Anderson came out today in Watson’s defense.
