The algae, whether in the form of wraps (algae therapy) or as components of massage creams, can contribute to reduce measures, combat flaccidity, and cellulite, because they help drain fats, in addition to having relaxing and anti-stress effects, in addition to activating metabolism, detoxify, hydrate, nourish the skin, and above all, give a feeling of relaxation to all those who love natural therapies.

Such properties are experienced after at least five sessions, especially with the purification of the skin and the body in general.

And beyond the direct benefits that can be felt on the skin, the relaxation achieved by techniques such as algae therapy, also results in physical beauty, because when anxiety levels are reduced to a minimum when a person feels good inside This is reflected in seeing himself several years younger.

Some recommendations before applying algae treatment

Some specialists indicate that before applying any treatment with algae, it is necessary to first proceed with exfoliation, to take better advantage of its properties. In the case that sheets are used to wrap, they are moistened in previously boiled or mineral water.

You can also add some essential oil so that the nutrients are absorbed more easily. After exfoliating, the algae are placed, either with mud or not – in this case, it is called mud therapy -, a wrap is carried out for one 20 or 30 minutes, it is removed, massaged and then showered with petals of a rose or chamomile water, to provide more relaxation.

Due to the affinity of water with human plasma, a component that algae also assimilate, these easily provide the skin with its nutrients, which improves microcirculation and produces cell regeneration. It must also be borne in mind that seaweeds are ten times richer in trace elements than plants on land.
