The Main house is built on 2 levels with 2,600 square feet of living area.

Both levels have white water ocean views, mountain vista views, kitchens, laundry facilities, private entrances, and a total of four baths.

Granite counters, Italian tiles, slate from Brazil, A/C in the bedrooms, and elegant furnishings make this house a very comfortable place to spend your vacation!

This adds an additional 600 + square feet of living space as a 3RD MASTER SUITE!

A generous wrap around balcony overlooks the Pacific and surrounding mountains.

This new addition has been constructed of the finest materials using local Teak and Ron Ron wood, along with porcelain tiles, slate, and stone; creating a feeling of warmth and rustic elegance.

All of the tropical hardwoods came from local tree plantations are were harvested with all the proper permits.

The Villa bath has an elegant slate shower, side by side stone sinks, and a commode.

The bedroom/living area is spacious and includes A/C, a king size bed, wardrobe, and comfortable bamboo furnishings.

In addition, it has a wet bar area with fridge/microwave and a full-size flatscreen TV with surround sound for your entertainment day or night.

And of course, you will enjoy wifi service just as you do in the main house and the apartment on the 2nd level.

Privacy awaits you in the new villa master suite and you can join the rest of the family/friends a few steps away on the opposite side of the pool patio.

For those who have been here before and plan to return, we know you will simply love the new poolside villa and for those yet to experience the magic of SEABREEZE, you will now have 2 Master suites + the Studio Apartment with separate entrance, kitchen, laundry and full bath….. and yes…we even have a 5th FULL BATHROOM WITH SHOWER off the pool patio!!!!

The property can accommodate a maximum of 10 with 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 4 double futon beds.

The pool is plenty big enough to swim laps. For the nature enthusiast, Seabreeze Casa has access to our adjoining 75-acre nature reserve with abundant wildlife and miles of trails through the rainforest.

Dominical is the closest town to Seabreeze Casa and has some of the best surfing and eco-touristic activities in the world. Hacienda Baru is close by.

It is a 900-acre national Wildlife reserve that offers canopy tours, zip lines, bird watching, and nature walks led by trained naturalist guides.

The Nauyaca waterfall horseback tour is always popular.

To the north 25 miles is Manuel Antonio National Park with beautiful beaches and lots of monkeys to watch.

Ten miles south is Ballena National Marine Park with miles of beaches and great snorkeling for whom prefer eco-touristic options.

Fishermen will have a choice of excellent river, surf, inshore, and deep sea fishing.

Reptilandia is a fascinating place to view and learn about snakes and many other types of reptiles.

Sea kayak tours are a fun way to explore sea caves or view wildlife in the Mangroves.
