The eleventh edition of ExpoCasa y Decoracion Fair will be held from Wednesday, June 27th through Sunday, July 1st, at Centro de Eventos Pedregal, in Asuncion de Belen, Heredia.
The event gathers more than 175 companies from the housing sector such as real estate and developers, banks and other financial institutions, interior designing, gardening and home improvement businesses, insurance companies, and others.
The participant companies will be distributed among 420 stands, where they will offer their services and products and will provide attendees information on loans, legal and financing advice to buy or build a new home.
The financial institutions participating in ExpoCasa are: BAC San José, Banco de Costa Rica, Banco General, Grupo Mutual, Banco Nacional, Banco Popular, Mucap, Instituto Nacional de Vivienda y Urbanismo (INVU), Banco Lafise, Bancrédito, Banhvi y Scotiabank.
Banks and other financial institutions will offer low fixed and variable mortgage rates to attract customers.
The event is an opportunity for people who wish to buy or build a home to see what is available and what will be the estimate costs of owning a home. Meanwhile, existing home owners can choose from a variety of options to add improvements to their homes.
ExpoCasa features a parking area with capacity for 2500 vehicles and a food court with capacity for 800 people. The fair also features ramps to guarantee easy access for people with disabilities.
The last edition of ExpoCasa held back in January brought in over 33 thousand people.
