    Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez Dies

    Latin America News – Venezuela President Hugo Chavez, who started the socialist revolution in Venezuela, challenged President of Venezuela, Nicolás MaduroU.S. influence and revived the leftist movement in Latin America, died Tuesday at age 58 after a two-year fight with cancer.

    Vice President Nicolas Maduro, announced the death on national television, stating Chavez died at 4:25 p.m. local time.
