Two Costa Rica Job Fairs Next Week Have More Than 1,800 Positions Available

The Costa Rica News (TCRN) – Looking for work? About 1,800 positions will be available next week between two job fairs in Costa Rica.

The first one, which offers 1,400 openings, is on Tuesday, February 17 at the American University headquarters in Heredia from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and Wednesday, February 18, at the headquarters American University of San Pedro.

Both fairs have free entry for those wishing to attend. Between the two of them there are 34 companies looking to hire.

They will be hiring for management, communication, graphic design, web systems, sales support, sales advice, marketing, management, tourism and hospitality.

There will also be recruiters for engineering, accounting, scheduling, customer service in Spanish andEnglish, finance, human resources, maintenance, support, financial analysis, infrastructure, restaurants and banking.

The second job fair has about 400 openings and will be held on Thursday, February 19 and Friday, February 20 in the central park of Escazú, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 a.m. both days.

A total of 23 companies nearby from nearby cantons will be offering positions for safety, cashiers, customer service, IT, managers, accountants, and other tasks.

This fair is organized by the Municipality of Escazú and will have free admission.

In both activities attendees should bring their resumes in print and digital form, as well as copies of diplomas, identification and recommendation letters. (Amelia Rueda)
