The Costa Rica News (TCRN) – Panama and Costa Rica signed a cooperation agreement that will allow them to complete projects in a record time of 60 hours, in the technical, scientific, cultural, and educational, official sources said this week.
This first Bilateral Cooperation Programme 2013-2015 between the two neighboring nations was reached after the first meeting of the Joint Commission for Technical Cooperation and Scientific-Cultural Education held at the headquarters the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Panama.
The head of International Technical Cooperation of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), Arlyn Gonzalez Gaudiano and Director of Special Projects and International Cooperation, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Celia Dopeso, Panama signed the agreement.
For Costa Rica did the director of International Cooperation, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of that country, Elizondo Irinia Delgado, a statement of the MEF.
With the signing of a cooperation program between Panama and Costa Rica joins the technical and scientific knowledge and cultural education of professionals of the two countries, for the benefit of the same, says the source. EFE
