In 2006, they developed the Top Workplaces list which is now published in The Salt Lake Tribune so as to recognize healthy workplace practices and inspire others to do better. doTERRA Wellness Advocates — the position which is now available in Costa Rica — work as independent consultants, giving classes on essential oils and earning commissions on doTERRA products.
