    Deadline for Paying Costa Rica Income Tax Extended

    This year the Costa Rica income tax has been extended until December 17, 2012, The Directorate General of Taxation said that this year they are expected to receive a total of 405,000 taxpayer statements, both physical and legal.

    The amount for profit tax of natural and legal persons is given by the Budget Act, and by 2012 was estimated eventual collection by 755 billion colones.
