The Costa Rica News (TCRN) – Although the economic situation is not the most encouraging, many have spent years planning to buy a home or lot, so this weekend there is a possibility of making this happen through the Housing Fair that will be held at the Multiplaza Mall in Escazú, from Friday, September 26 until Sunday.
During the three days of activities there will be 25 developers who have more than 45 housing projects located in Heredia, San José, Alajuela, Santa Ana, Escazú, Tamarindo, Herradura and San Carlos.
Jorge Quesada, a spokesman Estate Group CR Houses, explained that traders may find many different solutions to make their real estate dreams come true as well.
“The Fair will feature different types of housing options such as batch, private residential homes, and condominiums. Some options are near the beach and the mountains, and many built with environmental sustainability in mind,” said Quesada.
He also said that financing options will be presented during the fair, and some of the companies will offer up to 100% financing on their projects.
The schedule for the fair is 10:00 am to 9:00 pm Friday and Saturday, while on Sunday it’s from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. Admission is free.
