Letter from Hugo Chavez Read at CELAC Summit

Latin America News – The vice president of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, read a letter from President Hugo Chavez addressed to other leaders in the region during the First Summit of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) and the European Union (EU).
