The First Late Night Show in Costa Rica

    On Saturday, 11thAugust, 2012 the first Late Night Show was recorded in San Juaquin, San Jose Area. Based on eighteen different sections, including humorous as well as informatory parts, moderator Jorgé Valenty put on a show entertaining young and old.

    Valenty started acting when he was five years old and won a poetry contest called “Garcia Loca” at the age of eight. He was born in Barcelona, Spain, went to an actor school and studied Marketing and Radio in Madrid. Parallel and after his studies Valenty did a lot of theatre work all over Spain. In 1997 he decided to move to Costa Rica and at first worked on Channel 7 for six month performing in “Los hijos del sol”. Afterwards he acted in different plays, such as “Boing boing” with Jerry Lewis and Tony Curtis.

    Setting up the first Late Night Show in Costa Rica was Valentys’ own idea and moderating the 60-minutes broadcast he is willing to entertain his audience the best he can. Starting off with a short monologue, the different parts of Valentys’ show are including a potpourri of amusement.

    Examples for sectors are “What Women think”, trying to explain the secret sex any man would like to understand; “We are not alone”, having different divorced people discuss about their relation experiences; “Magic”, bewitching as well as confusing the audience and of course varied music, interesting interviews, funny sketches and a lot more will make the show as entertaining as never before.

    So if you want to see more watch out for the Late Night Show by Jorgé Valenty , you sure won’t regret it!
