Spain Seizes120 Kilos of Cocaine from Costa Rica

The police intervened in the Galician port of Marín (northwest Spain) and found 120 kilos of cocaine hidden in a container of bananas from Costa Rica.

The drugs were hidden in the back of the container and, according to the first hypothesis, may have been introduced without the knowledge of the owner of the container or the shipping company.

So far no arrests have been made in a joint operation which involved the Police, Civil Guard and Customs Surveillance Service. EFE
