The Costa Rica News (TCRN) – The goalkeeper of Real Madrid and the National Team, Keylor Navas, is bound for Oman on Tuesday to join the tricolor in their next match.
He admitted that returning to the Costa Rican team fills him with great pride and he immediately accepted the invitation to these games.
One of the aspects that motivates him is seeing the faces of his colleagues who made history in the last World Cup Brazil 2014.
“We have to be humble and eager to work. We are aware that we have to defend this reputation we have earned. That’s why we take these games seriously,” said Navas.
The last game he played with the national team was for the World Cup, when from the penalty spot, Holland eliminated Costa Rica in the quarterfinals.
