Arte Primitivo is offering a Valentine’s Day special for a gift we know you won’t forget.
From 10am to at least 9pm on February 13, the parlor — listed previously on TCRN’s Top 7 Tattoo Parlors in the Central Valley — will be offerings Buy One Get One tattoos featuring designs by their very own artists. There will also be a raffle for a $200 tattoo and other surprises.
No sweetheart this year? No problem. Some excited tattoo enthusiasts have already responded saying they will be attending with friends or family members.
