The company will participate on the ninth “CINDE Job Fair”

San José, January 2013- To who possess several talents, have desires for self-fulfillment and are looking for a job in Costa Rica, the Deloitte company offers a wide range of possibilities during the ninth edition of “Cinde Job Fair” organized by Coalición Costarricense de Iniciativas de Desarrollo (CINDE).
At this time, Deloitte seeks professionals to develop on service areas, among our main positions that need to be nominated stand out: engineers, experts on Information Technology (TI), finance and accounting.
Deloitte, leader company on consulting worldwide, with presence in 150 countries and with 200 thousand cooperators, requires recruiting during the “Cinde Job Fair”, professionals for inherent projects and for their client base.
Paula Leñero, Deloitte Consulting Manager, mentioned that the purpose for this Fair is to recruit professionals, who besides having experience, is important that they have competences like: proactivity, effective communication, motivation and initiative to undertake new risks and desire for self-fulfillment. She added that English is still essential.
The expert also highlighted the need that the ones interested be ready and well-prepared to achieve the job they need. On this regard, Leñero highlights a series of recommendations or “tips” that may be considered in order to succeed on this search:
– Do some research about the companies that participate in the Fair and select the ones of interest to you.
– Assume that when approaching the stand or information desk is like going to the company itself; assume it with the same earnestness.
– Dress accordingly to generate a good impression and go without kids (preferably)
– Be specific but show enthusiasm and interest while speaking with the company representatives (properly sell yourself). This way, the one interested will stay at the “top of mind” of the interviewers.
