The Costa Rica News (TCRN) – After the defeat against Deportivo Saprissa , the coach of Kansas City’s soccer team, Peter Vermes, stressed their desire to play and win tonight.
He even had words of praise for the fans, who encouraged players until the final whistle was heard.
As for the hostile environment that ran in the “Cave”, he said that was not a determining factor, but that he was surprised by the way it was encouraged.
“The audience was very enthusiastic for the team, which helped them play a better game,” he said.
Now Kansas focuses on their participation in Major League Soccer (MLS), where they struggle to reach the final stages. (Crhoy)
