Owners Pablo and Pia are extremely helpful and provide any advice or suggestions that you may need. Pablo describes his customers as “a wide range of people: neighbors of all ages, university people, professionals, etc.,” so the market is extremely welcoming to all! Located in downtown Heredia, their mission is “to commercialize healthy, local, organic and fair trade products to satisfy the needs of our clients and our providers to the highest standards; to give them all the information they need to make informed decisions about their health and the environment. I recommend the falafel with freshly squeezed “cas,” a delicious acidic juice that leaves you feeling refreshed.
