Amber Zuckswert
Amber Zuckswert is an international pilates and vinyasa yoga instructor, former professional contemporary dancer, and holistic nutritionist. She’s the founder of Epicself.com, her own online health and fitness coaching platform and produces all-inclusive Epic Living Retreats and Training Programs around the globe. Amber specializes in crafting personal lifestyle design programs and retreats featuring internationally renowned experts for stressed, overworked individuals who are eager to radically increase their health and happiness forever.
As a contemporary ballet/modern dancer with over 25 years of technique, performance and teaching under her belt, Amber turned to the Pilates method, Vinyasa Yoga, and Plant Based Nutrition to stay in peak mind/body condition and injury free. Yogi Aaron, author of “Autobiography of a Naked Yogi” is the co-owner of Blue Osa Yoga Retreat and Spa, where he brings passion and adventure to countless students through his teachings and lectures. Inspired by his own practice, he guides students to secret and far-flung locales, empowers them to realize their own limitless potential, and makes yoga relevant and accessible for the modern world. Ashleigh Sergeant
Ashleigh is the co-founder of The Avahana School of Yoga, the Yoga and movement director for the Envision Festival in Costa Rica, spent five years as the Global Yoga Trainer for Adidas, was honored to be the youngest Certified Anusara Yoga Instructor in the world and is registered with Yoga Alliance at the E-RYT 500 level. Ashleigh’s yoga videos are featured on My Yoga Online/GAIAMTV, Grokker and ShriTV. A regular presenter at the Wanderlust Festival, Ashleigh has contributed to Mind Body Green, YOGANONYMOUS, Latin Women’s Health and German Yoga Journal.

Dagmar Spremberg
Dagmar Spremberg is the founder and director of Montezuma Yoga in Costa Rica. While growing up in Germany all she could envision for herself was living life in the sunshine and under the palm trees. After 20 years of soul searching and many detours that let her explore city life in Los Angeles and New York, she found her dream life by the beach in the lush & tropical nature of Costa Rica . Through her own experience she believes that everybody can live their dreams and that our work is to become clear and open to receive the gifts we all deserve.
Dagmar is a 500hr E-RYT with the Yoga Alliance and trained in Vinyasa Flow, Anusara Yoga and Yin Yoga with teachers like Elena Brower, Rod Stryker and Paula Tursi. She is also a graduate of The Institute For Integrative Nutrition in New York.Her classes are heartfelt and intuitive, gently challenging and deeply nourishing. Through creating a safe space and emphasis on softening and deepening the breath Dagmar makes her students flow with more ease and grace while deepening their practice.
