In the case of dengue the situation is more worrying as 443 new infections passing from 4422-4865 were reported. The country has 8 Zika indigenous cases that have been reported.
The ranking of the provinces with the highest number of sick individuals include Puntarenas with 538, second with 372 is Alajuela, and Guanacaste ranks third with 134 patients. That is why the Ministry of Health has generated a list of 24 counties with higher risk for you to take precautions:
