The Costa Rica News (TCRN) – Costa Rica is ranked globally as having a unique natural wealth, and besides being cataloged the happiest country in the world now stands at the 34th position among the 81 countries with Internet access.
According to the CNN Expansion web site, the list is the first multidimensional index measure of the world on the growth of the internet network, its utility, and its impact on people and the nations.
The first three places are occupied by Sweden, Norway and the UK, followed by the U.S. in the number four position, with New Zealand in fifth place.
The first Latin American country is Chile which appears at the number 27 position, then at position 29 is Uruguay and to the surprise of many, Mexico occupies the 30th position.
Before Costa Rica is Singapore at 31, Colombia at 32 and Brazil ranked 33. For European countries, Russia placed as number 41, 42 was Hungary and Turkey in the 58th.
