The Costa Rica News (TCRN) – The Costa Rica government expressed its condolences on the death of the king of Saudi Arabia, Abdullah Bin Abdelaziz, and expressed solidarity with his family and the Saudi people.
“Costa Rica expresses dismay and deep condolences to the people and the government of Saudi Arabia on the death of His Majesty King Abdullah Bin Abdelaziz,” the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
The government also conveyed solidarity with the people for their the loss to the nation and to the world by the death of the king.
“The government of Costa Rica extends their respectful condolences to the people, his successor Salman Bin Abdelaziz and all members of their family,” they added.
King Abdullah died on January 23, 2015 at age 90 after suffering from pneumonia which kept him hospitalized since earlier this month. (ACAN-EFE)
