The Costa Rica News (TCRN) – The cyclists from the IDRD Bogota Humana team recently participated in a competition with a uniform that had a very suggestive design.
The sportswear had red, white and yellow colors on the tops and legs, but the abdomen and belly is skin-colored, which gives a visual sense of feminine nakedness.
The first to raise his voice was the president of the International Cycling Union (UCI), Brian Cookson, who considers the uniform is “unacceptable by any standard of decency.”
Although the Colombian clothing used in the Tour of Tuscany, had already been used in other competitions during the year social media is what brought the scandal to the surface.
The last word on whether IDRD Bogota Humana can continue wearing the uniform will be made by the UCI Cycling League Bogotá.
