A strong earthquake recorded at 11:34 a.m. minutes on Saturday, June 15th, 2013 was felt in several parts of Costa Rica. According to preliminary data from the Volcanological and Seismological Observatory of Costa Rica (OVSICORI) the erthquake had a magnitude of 4.9 degrees and located 1 km to Carrillo Sardinal Northwest Guanacaste. According to reports the earthquake was felt in parts of the Central Valley. No reports of damage at this time.
