The Costa Rica News (TCRN) – Spanish chef, Ferran Adrià, is in Costa Rica to inaugurate his exhibition “Innovation Space”, which shows the innovations and creative process behind their dishes.
The exhibition will be at the Museum of Contemporary Art and Design, located in a historic building in downtown San Jose, and will be opened by Ferran Adrià, who’s been awarded three Michelin stars.
The traveling exhibition seeks to promote innovation, creativity and technology, along with the support of the Spanish company Telefónica and the Ministry of Culture and Youth of Costa Rica (MCJ).
The Catalan chef, who is an ambassador for Telefónica, transformed his restaurant El Bulli in 2011 into a foundation training location, which has been considered one of the best in the world. (EFE)
