The Costa Rica News (TCRN) – Corteo, a show that recreates a cortege in the unique styling of Cirque du Soleil, will come to Costa Rica in January.
The show, which blends the best of music with acrobatics, dance and drama, recounts how a clown imagines his own funeral: amid a carnival atmosphere guarded by a retinue of angels.
The tragic, the comic, the ridiculous and the sublime are combined in this wonderful show, which Ticos can enjoy from January 22, 2015.
“Corteo comes in a 360 degree format, so that from any point where you sitting, the show can be seen well. That helps the interaction and experience better,” said the representative of the circus, Patrick Finn.
About 100 artists from more than 25 nationalities give life to the show, which will feature about 20 shows in national soil. (Crhoy)
Presale tickets will be on sale from October 27 to 28 for cardholders of Credomatic/American Express accounts and sale to the general public will start at the end of October. The price will vary between 38,000 and 140,000 colones.
You can get more details on www.cirquedusoleil.com/Corteo , www.eticket.cr or by calling 2295-9400. La Hacienda Espinal in San Rafael de Alajuela, will be the epicenter of the show.
