Earthquake strikes Costa Rica today Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at 06:45:34 PM
A 6.3 earthquake once again struck the Nicoya Peninsula, in the Cangrejal area
Seismologists expected more follow up tremors in the Nicoya area since the 7.6 magnitude quake rocked the peninsula on September 5th, 2012 as the Coco plate continues to settle.
No immediate reports of damage have been reported, but there is a Tsunami Alert in effect for the region
