With the aim of inviting adventure-loving tourists to enjoy all the activities that Costa Rica offers, from February 24th to 26th, the country is present at the new edition of the Outdoor Adventure Show (OAS) fair in Toronto, Canada.

The offer includes canopy, mountain biking, surfing, hiking, tubing and rafting; as well as hanging bridges, canyoning, horseback riding, snorkeling, diving and kayaking.

“Adventures for ALL in Costa Rica”

More than 17 thousand people participate in OAS and for this reason, the Costa Rican Tourism Institute (ICT) will offer the talk “Adventures for ALL in Costa Rica“, that`s about ten reasons why you should visit the destination.

    Preferred destiny

“The Canadian market likes Costa Rica thanks to our location and the possibility of carrying out multiple activities in contact with nature. This predilection for our country was evidenced by the increase in visitation that we had from Canada during 2022 and that we hope will increase this year,” said Ireth Rodríguez, head of promotion of the ICT.

The people attending this fair represent a mass market demographic with an age range between 18 and 54 years old, enthusiasts of different types of adventure. In addition to that, whether they are beginners or experts in this type of activity, they have the financial means to invest in a wide variety of products and services that will improve their experiences and help them achieve their personal goals.

This was the third Costa Rican participation in OAS, after being in the 2020 (Toronto and Vancouver) and 2022 editions in Toronto.
