The Business Year (TBY) and the Costa Rican Foreign Trade Promotion Agency (Procomer) renewed their partnership to launch the special edition Costa Rica 2027.

The international publication will showcase the country’s opportunities to investors, companies, and decision-makers from various markets.

The publication, based on the editorial concept “From Success to Scale,” will analyze how Costa Rica can advance its development model to strengthen its position in areas such as innovation, sustainability, talent, and internationalization, while also highlighting the results achieved in economic performance and investment attraction.

As part of this edition, The Business Year will launch its Thought Leadership Circles in the country—forums for dialogue that will bring together representatives from the public and private sectors to exchange ideas on competitiveness, exports, investment, innovation, and economic development.

“Costa Rica has proven to be one of the most significant success stories in Latin America. The renewal of our partnership with Procomer reflects the mutual trust we’ve built over the years and our shared commitment to continue showcasing the country’s potential to the world,” said Carlos Martínez, CEO of TBY.

For her part, Laura López, general manager of Procomer, noted that the country’s participation in this publication helps strengthen its presence in strategic markets: “Costa Rica’s international profile depends on our ability to clearly communicate the country’s strengths and the opportunities we offer to investors and companies around the world.”

The Business Year works with public institutions, chambers of commerce, and companies to produce each edition.

The publication features interviews with government officials, business leaders, and key players in the main economic sectors, with the aim of presenting an overview of the Costa Rican economy to an international audience.
