President of Honduras, Porfirio Lobo
Costa Rica News – The president of Honduras, Porfirio Lobo, announced today that on Wednesday will travel to Costa Rica to attend the summit of the Central American Integration System (SICA) and Mexico, which will address new strategies to strengthen trade and fight against drugs.
During a working trip to the eastern department of El Paraíso, the president told reporters that the 20th Central American Integration System meeting in Costa Rica will address problems facing the Central American nations.
He said the summit will also be important for the participation of the new president of Mexico, Enrique Peña Nieto.
The focus of the agenda of the meeting of Central American leaders with President of Mexico will be the joint fight against organized crime and drug trafficking, Presidential House said in a statement Honduras.
