For its part, Guatemala is in 86th place and has lost 23 health posts; El Salvador is in the 83rd position and has managed to recover 2 jobs in the economy.

Honduras is ranked 92 and has lost 19 positions since 2007; Nicaragua is in the 69th position and in recent years has lost 23 positions in economics.

The ranking places Costa Rica as a strong contender as it is above South American countries like Colombia, Brazil, and Peru.

The Dominican Republic is in position 63 because in recent years it has lost 22 positions in the business environment.
