    The Costa Rica News (TCRN) – Tourist police officers rescued a toucan that was abandoned near Ballena Marine Park, Dominical beach.

    The animal, which was in poor condition, was in a box. Officers spotted him in the distance and when they reached the place they found it was a toucan.

    The official handed him over to park rangers who will take the animal to a rescue center in Quepos.
