The Costa Rica News (TCRN) – The presidential candidate of the Citizen Action Party, Luis Guillermo Solis said today that the greatest variable tomorrow will be voter turnout.

Solis is viewed as the dominant candidate within this electoral contest since Johnny Araya technically retired but remains on the ballot for the second round.

For Solis, the presidential election on Sunday cannot be viewed as a procedure or a symbolic act or a minor thing.

The candidate hopes to win the second round with a million votes to win with a decisive victory, he said.

Solis also gave a press conference this morning and at noon met with observers from the Organization of American States.

This evening will be spent with his campaign team to finalize details for tomorrow.
