The Costa Rica News (TCRN) – Keylor Navas has begun to say his goodbyes, sending messages to many of his peers in preparation for Real Madrid

The general manager of Real Madrid, Jose Angel Sanchez, had scheduled a trip to the U.S. today to accompany the team for their preseason there. However, Sanchez delayed his journey to stop for the signing of Navas to the team. AS also ensures that Florentino Perez paused the journey to be present at the signing with Navas.

“The deal is closed. Madrid paid 10 million euros of its clause, of which eight will be for the club and two for the player. (Francisco) Catalan, President of the Levant, acknowledged Monday following conversations,” says AS.

The media recognizes that Madrid has a dilemma: they still working with Iker Casillas and Diego Lopez and must do without the two of them before closing the deal with Keylor.

Navas would be the third contract after Tony Kroos and James Rodriguez, the latter was officially launched yesterday.
