The Costa Rica News (TCRN) – The Spanish singer, Natalia Jimenez, says her second solo album has lined up towards its true artistic direction and the type of music she wants to do.
The La Quinta Estación exvocalist has sought to move away from short ballads to “pop with lots of character” and on Friday released the first taste: the single “Do not believe in me.”
The song was written by the singer along with Claudia Brant and Jayson deZuzio.
“All our lives we have stopped believing in ourselves for some reason or another and yes, there have been times in my life I have said I was throwing in the towel. This song is to say I can,” Jimenez told the Associated Press.
Jiménez’s new album will be released in the fourth quarter.
