    The Costa Rica News (TCRN) – Organizations and individuals with nonprofit projects that benefit the environment in Costa Rica and Panama can compete for funding to develop their initiatives.

    Ford of Central America will donate a total of $50,000 to the chosen company. Proposals are being collected through their Facebook page. The campaign aims to promote these projects for protecting the environment and education on environmental awareness.

    Donations will be given to conservation projects already in operation or are still under implementation.

    The deadline for applications is September 7.
