The Costa Rica News (TCRN) – On July 2 the National Chamber of Tourism (Canatur) has organized training at the La Fortuna hotel that will identify improvement opportunities to reduce energy costs.
The seminar entitled, “Management of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy” is organized in conjunction with the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (BCIE) and consulting firm Guatemalan kaWarna Energy SA.
“One of the main topics to be discussed,” explained Pablo Abarca Heriberto president Canatur, “Is the application of socio-environmental responsibility that helps make a hotel more attractive for travelers who increasingly choose destinations that have made a commitment to sustainability.”
