The Costa Rica News (TCRN) – The government of Costa Rica along with El Salvador and Spain have drafted a Triangular Cooperation agreement, which seeks to optimize resources and support housing initiatives.

Components of the project include the exchange of experiences and the creation of opportunities for joint reflection, plus the knowledge model that results in the generation of synergies in the areas of cooperation.

The plan seeks to share experiences on policies and plans for comprehensive land use, planning, housing and settlements reported the Costa Rican Foreign Ministry in a press release.

In addition, it will focus on funding issues, land legalization, quality assessment, improvement of human settlements and the processes of selection, allocation and investment.

The inauguration was attended by officials of the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation for Development (AECID), representatives of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development of El Salvador and the Ministry of Housing and Human Settlements Costa Rica. ACAN-EFE
