The Costa Rica News (TCRN) – The Costa Rican government has expressed its rejection and condemnation of the shooting attack that occurred last Saturday at the Jewish Museum in Brussels, which killed three people and injured another.

“Costa Rica expressed their absolute rejection and condemnation of the bombing on Saturday in Brussels, Belgium, which caused appalling casualties and declares its categorical rejection of unjustifiable acts of violence that violate the most cherished rights of the people”, said the Costa Rican foreign ministry in a statement.

They added that the Central American country joins the demonstrations that have expressed dismay across Europe and in the State of Israel, which was the home of two of the deceased.

The attack on Saturday killed an Israeli couple visiting Brussels as an employee of the museum, while the desk attendant, a young man of 25 years, is between life and death

“The government and people of Costa Rica want to offer solidarity and expressing condolences to the families of the victims, the people and the authorities of the Kingdom of Belgium and the State of Israel,” concluded the Costa Rican Foreign Ministry. (ACAN-EFE)
