    The Costa Rica News (TCRN) – In order to encourage Ticos to become organ donors, the Costa Rican Social Security Fund (CCSS) held a sponsored walk yesterday.

    With the theme ‘Dare to Donate’, they took to the streets accompanied by banners promoting organ and tissue donation.

    This occurs as part of the campaign launched this week the institution, when it began with the card “I’m giving.” With this document, the carrier indicates a wish to donate in the event of their death.

    The march departed from the Calderon Guardia Hospital and ended near the Plaza de la Cultura.

    If you did not attend the walk but has no desire to become a donor, you can register with the CCSS online.
