The Costa Rica News (TCRN) – A new HR platform will be launched next week with the intention of recruiting staff in different areas of the Costa Rican labor market.

The initiative is from the Chamber of Information and Communication (Camtic).

The organization explained that their concern to develop a recruitment website comes from the wave of skilled workers who lost their jobs during layoffs from Intel and Bank of America.

The new web platform will link the labor supply and demand in the Costa Rican market, relying on social networks. This technology will also allow people to see the jobs for the leading technology companies operating in the country easily.

In addition to this initiative, Olé Software companies and advertising agency Actif have joined in along with the support of the Ministry of Labour, the National Institute of Cooperative Development, Babel, the Foreign Trade and Cenfotec University.
